KU earn their first win of the season in a 5-0 drubbing of Hazara courtesy a brace from Zaid Kerai and goals apiece from Daniyal Alvi, Usman Saad and Abdul Azhar. "I have been saying for sometime that despite the run of poor results, we have suffered due to mistakes rather than poor football..last night was a vindication of that and we have no doubt that we will only improve..whilst it is only one game and Hazara was poor, the youngsters really turned it on…this result is a credit to the efforts of our youth system” – Manager Taha Alizai

Tour summary - drew two match series with Al-Ahli after superb second half performance to secure a 3-1 win. Drew match with Al-Sadd Sports Clubs (former AFC Champions League winners). Attended Aspire academy training session and watched two matches at Aspire and Al-Ahli.

- KU Youth complete successful tour of Qatar with win against Al-Ahli U17 squad. Down 0-1 at half-time, KU put in flawless performance in second half to win 3-1. Karachi United Youth squad prepare for tour to Qatar to play 4 competitive matches against Al Ahli and Al Sadd Football Clubs. Team departs October 5th.

- Former first team player Shahab Raza selected for Oberlin College varsity team. Shahab has played in 6 out of 8 matches for Oberlin in one of their best starts to the season. Youth coach Usman Iqbal said 'to be playing for a varsity side in the first year is a tremendous achievement. We wish Shahab the best and hope his performances open doors for future KU talent at this level'
- KU continued their miserable start to the campaign as two howlers from Naseer Khan resulted in a 2-2 draw despite second half goals from Taha Alizai and Jameel Ahmed

- Former national team goalkeeper and SAF Games winner, Shakeeb Baluch unveiled as new first team Coach. “This is a great honour and a huge opportunity for me. I have simple objectives; to inculcate a good spirit leading to a winning mentality..the aim has to be to win the title”- Shakeeb Baluch

- 24/02/2008 Karachi Grammar School made it a hatrick of KUSC titles after beating St. Patricks High School 2-0 in the final. Goals from Daniyal Alvi and Usman Saad gave KGS victory.

- 16/02/2008 KU’s unbeaten run comes to end after shock 2-0 defeat by Baluch Union. “Despite the loss, we are through to the Super League and can still top our Group if we beat Mauripur in our last match” – Adeel Rizki

- 18/12/2007 KU record second successive win with 4-1 thumping of Azad Shaheen (with goals by Sherani, Alvi, Hamza and Shahab) in KASB League to go to top of Capt Omar Group.

Mauripur Baluch also record back to back wins but trails KU on goal difference.

KU Director Imran Ali said "Adeel's trip signifies our expanding relationship with Charlton in the areas of player and coach development. Credit goes to Adeel for taking the initiative to pursue this seriously. I am sure we will capitalize on this achievement at KU".

- 14/11/2007 KU coach Adeel Rizki attends course at Charlton. "The facilities and level of coaching is tremendous to see. It is a learning experience I look forward to going back and applying what I've learned to our teams at KU."

- 30/9/2007 KU Youth Academy graduate Daniyal Alvi selected for Pakistan U19 Squad. We're extremely proud of Daniyal and his achievements. He is mentally very strong and skillful - hopefully many others from KU Youth will see this as evidence that we can achieve at the highest level in Pakistan. Goodluck to Daniyal from the entire KU family.

- 05/8/2007 KU unveil new signings of striker Mussa Yussuf and defender Shahid Afridi (formerly of KJ). Arsalan Jogi’s transfer still not confirmed as strikers Farukh and Yasir also on trial from UP Gymkhana.

- 28/7/2007 Atif Sachak and Kareem Kerai to be given final assessment at Charlton Academy this week. 'It has been a pretty intense two weeks for the boys training with the U14 and U15 squads. I'm sure it has been a great learning experience but the challenge now is to ensure we take this knowledge back to Karachi United and grow as a Club', said Imran Ali, Youth Director.

- 28/7/2007 Kareem Kerai selected for Charlton U15 squad to play against Australasia Champions - Auckland Central. Coach Arshian Ali commented - 'it was a great achievement to be selected but then he went onto play center mid which is a pretty tough position. He's done very well during his time at Charlton and we are very happy with him. - 07/7/2007 Shahab Raza’s early goal earns 1-1 draw with Pakistan Air Force. KU transfer target Arsalan Jogi (currently on loan) makes KU debut; also selected for Sindh Under 18. Usman Iqbal marks 50th appearance in PAF game.
