Corporate Structure
As with most professional Clubs, to ensure that off-field activities (which do not directly concern the actual "football playing" aspects) are properly catered to, a majority of the Club staff also wear 'corporate hats' as Directors/Managers of the Club. Whilst there is a broad overlap of personnel and duties/responsibilities of the on-field staff, to maintain all the essentials of 'good corporate governance' and with a view to de-linking the "football playing" with issues such as the league, community projects, developmental work and sponsorship etc, the Club corporate structure is distanced from the day to day running of football affairs.
